Trusted Veterinarians

David P. Ernsthausen, DVM, opened Animal Hospital at West Ridge in 1998 after practicing for several years in North Central Ohio at a multidoctor practice. Dr. Dave's career providing small animal surgery and medicine with an interest in orthopedics and reproduction began at Ohio State University, where he received his Bachelor of Science (1984) and DVM (1994).

Beau J Holley, DVM, is a graduate of Ohio State University. Originally from Bowling Green, Ohio, Dr. Holley has strong ties to the community. He worked with animal hospitals as a veterinary assistant while attending Bowling Green State University, where he attained a Bachelor of Science degree.

Meet the Staff

Our staff of three registered veterinary technicians is here to assist the doctors in providing your pet with quality care. Cindy is a graduate of the Veterinary Technology Program at Stautzenberger College. Heather graduated from the Veterinary Technology Program at Columbus State Community College. Kate is a graduate of the Vet Tech Institute at Bradford.

Our hospital staff is committed to serving and giving back to the community. In addition to caring for your pets’ needs, we provide support to the following:
